Developer Robotics Process Automation

The role of the Senior Developer is to manage the delivery of and develop individual process automations on the highest level in accordance to the Blue Prism and AGCO Delivery Methodology, on time and on budget. Mentoring developers in the planning, design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications. You would also be responsible for the delivery of your projects and for the performance of your project team.The Senior Developer reports directly into the RPA Manager and is accountable for all deliverables during the Define, Design, Configure, Test and Roll Out Phases of the Blue Prism Delivery cycle.Our People First philosophy means creating a culture where people like you can thrive, do meaningful work, and - we hope - stick around for a while. What You Will Do:
Manage the detailed tasks required to deliver high quality Blue Prism solutions in accordance with the agreed Blue Prism Delivery Methodology to achieve a consistent high standard of solution to Business Requirements- Mentoring developers in the planning, design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications. You would also be responsible for the delivery of your projects and for the performance of your project team.
- Ensuring the business needs are understood and delivered against in each step of the delivery cycle to ensure the Blue Prism solution meets the Business Customers need
- Identify, remove blockers of your project team and escalate issues to RPA Manager when appropriate
- Design and Build automated processes in the Blue Prism software based on Process Definition Documents provided on Agile way
- Providing technical support for the team, architectural code writing, telling the robotic system "what to do"
- Adapt and develop Blue Prism environment
- Support automations in Production
- Creating and maintaining solution and other relevant documentations e.g PDD, ODI, SDD and etc
What You Will Bring:
1+ years of Robotics, VB, C# or JavaScript development experience- Blue Prism development background is preferred
- Experience and knowledge of project management in a structured environment
- Ability to control meetings and ensure the attendees are focused on achieving the predefined objectives
- Attention to detail
- Fluent English
- The aptitude to contribute to the adaption and evolution of methodologies and procedures in a controlled manner to continually improve the delivery channel
- Out of the box agile thinking
A Plus If You Have:
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies- Knowledge of SAP and/or business processes
- Interest in learning new tools/methodologies
- Eagerness to learn and improve
- Interest market leading RPA solutions
- XML Knowledge
- MS SQL Knowledge
