Job Description

Team and Role Introduction:

Support hub operations to deliver the most reliable hub services by focusing on day to day floor operations, process compliance, smooth operation flow, facilitate issue resolution, enhance productivity & operational efficiency

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure full compliance of hub operational policies & processes
• Perform inbound process in making sure all inbound shipment are processed within stipulated window
• Perform outbound process in making sure handover process to riders / avp / drivers is on time
• Perform validation process in making sure all run sheet are clearly de-briefed & accurate delivery status update
• Perform visual aging & return process

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

• At least 1 year working experience in Logistics / Hub working environment, working experience in courier working environment would be an advantage
• Minimum secondary school or equivalent experience in Logistics / Hub Industry

-Good computer skills and proficient in excel would be an advantage-

• Ability to speak in English would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and collaborative
• Ability to lead & coordinate daily hub activities / processes and committed to get the job done
