A Full-Time Retail Supervisor to join our Oscar Graves store in 15 Duke Street, Dublin 2.
Oscar Graves is an Irish independent jewellery brand. We believe in what we do and are very good at it. Today, we are looking to add a Retail Supervisor to our Duke Street team. This is a full-time, permanent position so if you are willing to commit and you're very good at what you do, why not join us?
You Will:

· Embrace and deliver the Oscar Graves ethos to enhance the customer experience
· Deliver excellent customer service with a positive and sales-driven mindset
· Maximise the potential of all Oscar Graves collections through Brand storytelling
· Manage store systems, schedules, procedures, cash handling and have the ability to interpret and present key business reports
· Coordinate and support Oscar Graves marketing initiatives
Ideal candidates will have:
· A proven track record in retail sales preferably in a luxury/gifting environment with one-to-one sales experience
· The ability to work efficiently in a sales-driven atmosphere while maintaining excellent service to our customers
· A positive and a professional attitude with our customers and your colleagues.
· A willingness to present yourself to our customers in a manner that is in keeping with the brand’s high standards
