Change Solar is rapidly expanding and seeking motivated, energetic sales representatives to drive sales and marketing within Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. Successful candidates will be assigned a territory based on his or her preference, and will be responsible for residential solar sales within that territory.
Once hired, those who are successful in producing solar customers will rapidly advance to a Branch Manager position, where they will have the opportunity to train and lead new reps, and earn a bonus based on their performance. Promotion from Branch Manager to District Manager would be the next step, and available to those Branch Managers who build leaders to work underneath them.
