- Contacting Drivers and scheduling shipment deliveries and pickups
- Communicating with customers and making a note of any shipment handling requests Determining and letting the customers know all the freight details
- Ensuring that the deliveries and pickups are done as per the allocated timeline Making a note of any route change requests Generating and verifying freight bills and invoices
- Checking the Truck Drivers' compliance with the transportation rules and regulations Maintaining and updating Drivers' logs Addressing customer shipment queries and complaints
- Scheduling and monitoring truck repairs and maintenance
- Negotiating freight charges with vendors and customers

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Truck Dispatcher. Familiarity with transport management and logistics software
- Complete knowledge of the transportation regulations and requirement

Salary: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
