JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Developing store strategies to raise customer's pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
2. Meeting sales goal by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
3. Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction on through excellent service.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. More than 3 years store manager experience of phone or camera shop.
2. Have leadership skills
3. timely submission of required reports.

Detail oriented; Good Communication skills; Good analytical skills; good time management skills; hardworking and willing to work long hours; can work under minimal supervision; can perform well even in stressful situations; willing to do field works.

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
