Responsibilities:
· Communicate with customers in a professional manner, actively listen, & understand their needs and demands.
· Handle customer support calls with efficiency & courtesy.
· Accurately manage and resolve customer issues.
· Follow-up on customer calls.
Skills Required:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
· Exceptional customer support skills.
· Self-motivated.
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Computer knowledge of MS Office, especially a strong grip on MS Excel.
