We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Sales Manager (South South Region)
Job Location: Rivers
Job Responsibilities
- Promoting the company’s products to businesses, government parastatals, and rural communities
- Acting as the main point of contact with agents and distributors within the state.
- Preparing sales reports to be submitted to the management
- Promptly responding to customer requests.
- Maximizing the growth potential of the business within the Region
- Ensure that the sales team's needs are properly attended to and escalated when necessary to the state manager
- Organize market storms to drive sales
- Collecting customer feedback as well as market research.
- Fosternew Business to Government partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Sales, or related fields)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales manager, ability to manage a team
- The ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.
- Must have lived and understood the operations of market structure in the South-South Region
- Must have solid practical experience in the power/energy industry
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sound organizational skills
- The ability to motivate staff and lead a team.
