Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Our integrated solutions allow us to be prepared for supply chain risks, so we can plan distribution to better achieve lead time and goals despite unexpected conditions. Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing similar data across various systems to ensure the integrity of the information is top quality.
 Main platforms: WebEC & Trinium
  • Ensures that the information flowing into the systems via various resources such as work orders streams correctly to create final reports and data that aligns with other platforms.
  • Evaluates error reports generated automatically from multiple systems.
 Takes corrective action based on the error reports received.
  • Manages all resources for success rates, missing data, wrong data, measurements towards quality.
  • Verifies the integrity of data used for analysis and presents results in a clear manner.
  • Builds correlation between data and actual events.
  • Transfers data into a new format to make it more appropriate for analysis.
  • Uses data sets to conduct analysis of information.
  • Measures and model data sets for success and failure and adjust appropriately.
  • Trinium Management
 Monitor transmissions between WebEC & Trinium
 Daily reconciliation to ensure all work orders and container instances are validated.
 Manage allocated containers that have failed transmissions. 
Manage the error reports that are currently being sent only to the Trinium team.

We are looking for

  • Proficient in MS Office 
Advanced proficiency in excel including ability to utilize pivot tables and vlookup is required.
  • Ability to analyze complex sets of data.
  • High level capability with various software programs and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Able to accurately determine cause-and-effect relationships.

Pay Range:
$80,000-$110,000*



  • The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
