Route Navigation: Navigate through Kerala's streets and neighborhoods using maps or GPS devices to optimize delivery routes.
Document Management: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and any customer feedback or concerns.
Adherence to Safety Regulations: Comply with all safety guidelines and traffic rules while on the road.
Cooperation with the Team: Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth coordination of delivery operations.
Requirements:
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and a reliable bike/scooter for making deliveries.
- Good knowledge of Kerala's geographical locations to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle packages of varying sizes and weights.
