The Opportunity:
We're looking for an exceptional Group Account Director to join our global account management team. This role owns relationships with our most important asset – our clients.
As the senior point of contact for our clients, the Group Account Director also coordinates the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans, and balances the expectations of our clients with the execution of our team.
Job description:
- Lead a team of 2 Account Managers in the development and execution of an annual business plan in conjunction with stated and potential client needs
- Forge and cultivate productive senior-level client relationships
- Identify and communicate changing client business priorities to senior management
- Lead the development and execution of a client's marketing plan in conjunction with stated and potential client needs
- Combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving skills
- Negotiate contracts and fee arrangements as needed
- Hire, train, coach and mentor direct reports
- Develop and present breakthrough thinking in strategic planning sessions, client summits and professional conferences
- Support Account Managers in facilitating client upselling to grow and expand our current clients
- Support the sales team in new client pitches as needed. Manage new client onboarding in partnership with account managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, advertising, marketing, or related field
- 7 years of global professional services experience, including 4+ years in a management capacity, from the digital/mobile advertising space- a must
- Experience and exposure to the mobile marketing space are required - extensive mobile experience (4+ years) is an advantage
- High level of English- a must
- Sales orientation
- Experience building and managing a team
- Data-oriented with a strong background in data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Hebrew and in English
- Ability to accurately estimate effort and resources required to complete projects
- Business-savvy approach, with the ability to translate business needs into data and product requirements and to negotiate commercial terms
- Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across functions and teams
- Dynamic personality, able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences – a true people person
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Asana – an advantage
