Why is this role really critical to us?


We are seeking an HR Business Consultant-Commercial functions with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Senior HR Business Partner-Commercial functions of Vodafone Turkey.


How will you spend your time at Vodafone?


  • Keeps the organization charts up to date on a monthly basis & during HC planning period. Takes role in organizational change processes.
  • Supports HRBP for periodic HR budget planning & follows up budgeted headcounts for M3 and below bands.
  • Advices / supports decisions about reporting line & title changes; executes the required action across the relevant IT systems on time.
  • Sends information e-mails to HR MIS & HR Employee Services for leavers, role changes and follows up the system changes.
  • Implementation of organizational changes based on the change plan; Completion of the relevant change actions on time. Prepares the announcement for launch of change.
  • Prepares the updated organizational structure documents and informs HR MIS for the system changes.
  • Support HRBP for the communication pack preparation for related line managers, which includes a roadmap, communication plan, etc.
  • Facilitates the completion of the development plans for low performers on time & tracks low performer employees during the year.
  • Keeps the ‘ready to move’ data up to date for quarterly periods & makes sure employee data’s (previous experiences, background, time in position, PD, etc.) are complete & accurate.
  • Executes the process for vacant roles to be filled by internal candidates.
  • Meets with new joiner employees (M3 and below levels) in their first starting week & meets with her/his direct report manager in new joiner’s first month to take & give feedback. Tracks this in a regular cycle via one to one meetings.
  • Ensures that probation-period evaluation forms filled properly and tracks for 2 & 6 months period with line manager.
  • Helps to prepare justification forms for promotion requests and band changes.
  • Tracks vacant roles for executive and below bands and informs line manager regarding the status during the process.
  • Conducts exit interviews for executive and below bands and prepares exit interview reports and turnover analysis studies.
  • Tracks termination process end to end for the people whom has been identified as leavers from and informs HRBP and line manager regarding their status.

  • BSc. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
  • Minimum 4 years of experience
