The Support and Control department is part of Mudum's Direction of Data, Technology and Transformation and the mission is to foster innovation and improvement of the services provided both internally and externally, taking advantage of external, taking advantage of technology and promoting knowledge and continuous improvement of the company's processes.
It aims to disseminate the principles of continuous improvement, innovation, transformation and rigor throughout all throughout all the topics dealt with.
To reinforce our structure, we are looking for a IT Business Partner.

What do we expect from you?

  • Responsibility to serve as a strategic interface between business or functional areas and IT areas;
  • Promote proper communication and streamlining of ongoing issues / projects / topics;
  • Responsible for creating action plans and following up on them to resolve issues from the business / functional areas regarding the services provided by IT;
  • Support the creation of solutions and concepts;
  • Manage initiatives within the business/functional areas to which he/she provides support;
  • Ensure compliance with the company's project management methodology;
  • Survey and design of technical and functional requirements;
  • Elaboration of technical and functional test books;
  • Control of the execution of technical and functional tests;
  • Control and monitoring of technological implementation;
  • Control of incidents and requests.

      Formation / Spécialisation
      Degree in Mathematics, Information Technology Management, Computer Engineering, Management, Marketing or similar.
      • Previous experience in a technological area (IT development or consulting);
      - Experience in projects with business and IT teams;- General knowledge of the information systems supporting the insurance company in order to be able to communicate with both the technical and business teams;
      • Functional analysis, design of process flows and use cases.
