Performance Analyst |Finance | Puurs | English | Logistics | Transport | Company car
For our partner, active transport & logistics, we are currently looking for a Performance Analyst in their office in Puurs.
Responsibilities
- Assess the performance of the SSCs (Shared Service Center) and develop/review KPIs to improve the SSC setup.
- Support ongoing projects related to the SSCs to drive standardization and financial performance across regions.
- Ensure data quality by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing data to assist finance management in making sound decisions.
- Attend monthly regional calls, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Work with the Senior Director to analyze data and prepare questions and analysis for regional meetings.
- Identify process gaps and improve efficiency and quality in finance processes by working closely with finance teams.
- Adopt new ways of working, training, and working instructions by working with finance teams.
- Help drive existing projects of the Global SSC team.
Required Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial controlling/audit.
- Experience working in an international environment within a multinational company (preferably within transport and logistics).
- Experience working with finance operations teams in measuring and monitoring efficiency and quality.
- Experience with SAP 4 Hana, Power BI, or Business Objects (or other dashboarding tools) is desirable.
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Strong Excel skills.
