Supervisor / Car Mechanic, Togher, County Cork
Flexsource are currently recruiting an experienced Supervisor/Car Mechanic for full time position on permanent basis. Our client is well-known automotive company with over 30 branches across Ireland. The initial role is based in Togher, County Cork.
An ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in the management of the branch and in his absence to take full responsibility for the management of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and work on the workshop floor
- Achieve Company and branch objectives & targets
- Ensuring all administrative work in conducted in a timely manner
- Recording all relevant details on our in house systems
- Supporting Branch Manager as requested
- Using materials, parts and equipment in an efficient manner
- Full compliance with all Health & Safety procedures
- Adhering fully to the Company’s operations manual
- Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
- Understand and adhere to all the Company policies and procedures/operations manual
Essential Requirements:
- Supervisor/manager experience
- Experience in both Diagnostics and Fault Finding
- Good Technical and Motor Experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Full Driving Licence essential
