Job Description: Telecaller
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products or services, and generating sales leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and have a strong desire to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products or services.
Follow a scripted sales pitch to present product features and benefits.
Answer customer questions and address any concerns they may have.
Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening.
Maintain a database of potential customers and update it regularly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company sales goals.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
Handle customer objections and offer suitable solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
