Manage maintenance team for existing properties.
1- Project Management.
2- Project Costing, planning and supervision.
3- Comprehensive understanding of carpentry , electromechanical , aluminium and civil fit outs .
4- Ability to read and understand architectural and technical drawings.
5- Review project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, possible cost-saving measures, and potential construction problems.
6- Ability to coordinate , schedule and supervise subcontractors and maintenance team.
7- Source all materials & follow up shop drawing submission and approvals.
8- Coordinate design clarifications or changes with the contractors with site check and inspection.
9- Leading maintenance team for upkeep of existing properties.
10- Maintain and enforce high construction standards and quality control.
11- Manage and monitor labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
12- Excellent communication skills and highly organised .
13- Good written and spoken English .
14 - AutoCAD.
15- Valid Bahraini driving license.
