**Job Description:**
We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX and Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs. The role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to turn concepts into visually appealing designs.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
2. Create user-centric designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.
3. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
4. Produce high-quality graphic designs for various marketing collateral, including social media graphics, print materials, and presentations.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and graphic design.
6. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
7. Present and defend design concepts and decisions to internal teams and stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
3. Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Experience in graphic design is a significant plus.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
