The Group Data Office plays a pivotal role in developing the data strategy for the entire group and empowering each Maison to harness the power of data to create value and drive growth.


Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Head of Data Enablement, the Program Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring success of Maisons’ data and digital transformation programs through collaboration, leadership, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. The primary focus of the Program Manager will be to partner with cross-functional teams to execute data and analytics strategic priorities by developing a portfolio of transversal initiatives that enable continuous value creation & enablement.


Responsibilities
1. Implement Data Enablement Strategy

  • Support the Chief Data Officer & the Head of Data Enablement to define the data enablement strategy for the Group
  • Support the Head of Data Enablement in aligning the data enablement strategy with the overall data strategy and business objectives of the Maisons and Functions
  • Manage delivery of the portfolio of initiatives on data transformation roadmap for enhancing data-driven decision-making capabilities across the Group

2. Enable Data and Digital Transformation

  • Collaborate with Maisons and Functions to define their Data and Digital Transformation program objectives, scope, and success criteria
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation and schedules
  • Lead and manage delivery of end-to-end lifecycle of programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data & analytics products within timelines
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Group Technology, Legal, Procurement etc. to ensure effective program execution

3. Foster Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving best practices, process enhancements and lessons learned across the Data Enablement team
  • Coach and mentor project & delivery managers and team members, providing guidance and support in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Support communities of practice or forums to facilitate collaboration on data-related initiatives
  • Actively participate in workshops, conferences, or internal events to promote data awareness and foster a data-driven culture

4. Measure and Communicate Impact

  • Track key performance indicators to measure the impact of data enablement initiatives
  • Provide regular updates on the progress, achievements, and value generated through data enablement efforts
  • Prepare communication adjusted to the audience on the success stories and benefits derived from data enablement for the key stakeholders within the organization


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in a project management role, preferably within a luxury or consumer goods industry
  • Strong understanding of data enablement and digital transformation strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in data and analytics concepts, tools, and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to drive change and foster a data-driven culture
  • Understanding of data privacy and security regulations is a plus
