Job Description

Handling shipping arrangements

Promptly respond to incoming mail & calls to avoid delay of shipping's schedule.

Handling shipping duty with shipping partner, logistics company, third party freight forwarders

Involved billing, packaging and preparing of shipping documents

Validate invoices for inventory payments.

Report stock discrepancies and damages to suppliers; record credit/debit notes.

Monitor product supply changes and update the sales department.

Prepare and update product catalogues to meet market requirements.

Requirements

Minimum diploma

At least 2 years of working experience in Shipping or Logistics function
