Job Scope:
Provide IT Helpdesk support (On-site and Remote)
Provide technical assistance on desktop/laptop applications to users.
Manages IT hardware and software inventory.
Support of Office Network, Shared Drive, Wireless, and VPN connectivity
Support and troubleshooting of other desktop software used by the office
Ensure that networking devices including switches, routers, and firewalls are in good working order.
Deployment of workstation (desktop/laptop/iPad) and other IT equipment to users
In charge of overseeing maintenance and troubleshooting for the Microsoft Windows operating system and apps.
Handle and assist in procurement of IT hardware & related administrative matters.
Liaise with external vendors to troubleshoot IT issues.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
